You are Your "One"

We often limit ourselves. Through our labels, the identities we create, and most importantly through our words. We created language to communicate with one another and yet we use our words to hurt one another. The minute I say don't think about apples, you will think about apples. That is how important our words are. That is how important you are. There are no roles in life, only the individual playing the role. So forget the labels and false identities, and remember the one behind them. That one is The one. Stop looking for her or him in something/someone else. You are and always have been your "one".
